ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software companies use to automatically filter resumes before a human reads them. A score above 70 means your resume is likely to pass ATS filters. Below 50 means important keywords from the job description are missing.

ATS systems match exact keywords. If you're qualified but your resume uses different terminology (e.g., "project management" vs "program management"), the score will be lower. Use ARIA's suggested keywords to align your language with the job description.

Check the following:

Go to your Dashboard → Billing → Choose a plan → Complete payment via Razorpay. Your plan upgrades instantly after successful payment.

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrades to Free.

To delete your account, email us at support@careeraria.com with your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account and all data within 7 business days.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security → Active Sessions. You can see all devices where your account is logged in and revoke access to any session remotely.

AI analysis typically takes 10-30 seconds. If it takes longer:

• Check your internet connection
• Try refreshing the page and submitting again
• If the problem persists, contact support

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, go to the login page and click "Resend verification email". If you still don't receive it after 5 minutes, contact us at support@careeraria.com.

Payment errors are usually temporary. Try:

• Refreshing the page and trying again
• Using a different payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• Checking if your bank has blocked the transaction

If your account was debited but the plan wasn't upgraded, email us at support@careeraria.com with your payment details.
